IFCB Requirements :

·        All Questions and Bids must be submitted using the on-line IFCB system. If for some reason the system is down before the respective deadline, please email your bid to info@crwconsulting.com or fax it to 918.445.0049. Bids or questions submitted in this fashion will be disqualified if the on-line system is active at the time of submission.

 

·        Bidder must agree to participate in USF Program (AKA “E-rate”) for the corresponding funding year.

 

·        Please include the correct Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) on your bid.

 

·        By submitting a bid, bidder certifies that the bidder does have a valid (non-red light status) SPIN for the E-rate program at the time of submission. Should the Applicant discover that the bidder is on red light status, or if the FCC classifies the bidder as on red-light status before work is performed and invoices are paid, the contract will be null and void and the applicant will have no payment obligations to the bidder.

 

·        Bidder is expected to provide the lowest corresponding price per E-rate rules.  See http://www.usac.org/sl/service-providers/step02/lowest-corresponding-price.aspx for details.

 

·        Contracts must not prohibit SPIN changes.

 

·        Bidder must agree to provide the Applicant the choice of discount methods (SPI or BEAR).

 

·        Bidder will be automatically disqualified if the District determines that the bidding company has offered any employee of the District any individual gift of more than $20 or gifts totaling more than $50 within a 12 month period.

 

·        All contracts awarded will be contingent upon E-rate funding and final board approval.  The applicant may choose to do all or part of the project upon funding notification.

 

·        All contracts awarded under this IFCB bidding process may be voluntarily renewed by the applicant, upon written notice to the provider, for five consecutive one year terms.

          

·        SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BID THE ENTIRE HARDWARE PROJECT/UPGRADE.  BIDS FOR INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS OF THE PROJECT/UPGRADE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

 

·       DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR: Vendors must use the Year 18 Required IC OR BMIC Template when submitting a bid. Vendors that submit bids that do not use ONE OF thEsE templateS will have their bids disqualified. 


Services and Equipment Requested :

DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR: SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BID THE ENTIRE HARDWARE PROJECT/UPGRADE.  BIDS FOR INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS OF THE PROJECT/UPGRADE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

 

 

DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR CATEGORY 2: Because USAC now requires data-entry of every line item on a contract, vendors bidding on the Category Two Internal Connections request are REQUIRED to submit bids using the “Year 18 Required IC Template.” Vendors that submit bids that do not use this template will have their bids disqualified. Please see the ATTACHED instructions document for more detail.

Installation of all 25 moved Meraki Wireless Access Points (Labor, 6500 feet Cat6A Cabling, 50 Connectors) to classrooms in High School.

 

Configuration of existing HP PoE switches to accommodate the additional points.

 

Move 19 existing Meraki Access Points to closest classroom (Labor, 4800 feel Cat6A Cabling, 38 connectors) including any necessary install/configuration services.

 

3 - HP J9307A 24 port 10/100/1000 PoE+ ZL modules.

 

4 - HP 2920-24G-POE+ Switch (J9727A4) or equivalent.

 

6 - Meraki MR34 or equivalent Wireless Access Points.

 

Installation of 6 new Meraki MR34 or equivalent Wireless Access Points(Labor, 1600 Feet Cat6A Cabling, 12 Connectors)

 

6 - 5 yr. Management, License and Support for Meraki MR34 Wireless Access Points

 

4-  HP mini-GBIC (SFP) module or equivalent.

Is there any single mode fiber in place at the high school?

Answer:
 No, there are no single mode fiber in place.

Will you accept a bid with Cat6 cabling or do you require Cat6A only on this bid for the high school?

Answer:
 Cat6 is acceptable and I would prefer that all vendors that are bidding on this project to quote Cat6 instead of Ca6A.
