All bid deadlines are 11:59pm Pacific Time the date of the bid deadline listed unless otherwise noted.
There are two voluntary site visit dates either January 3, 2018 or January 4, 2018. Both will be at 9:00am. Vendors must RSVP by January 2, 2018 to Chris Guynn at chris.guynn@midlandisd.net. This email is for RSVP only. All questions and bids must still be submitted via the IFCB. Vendors who have RSVP’d should report to 615 W. Missouri at 9:00am for staff to meet.
Leased WAN connections: 1 Gbps – 40 Gbps; dark fiber 2 strands. There are documents available to download with additional information on this project. There are also maps available to download.
MISD will accept bids for leased WAN connectivity using any cost effective routes, using single mode fiber. Routes listed in the RFP are suggestions only, bidders are free to include other cost effective routes in their proposal if those routes are identified by the bidder.
Vendors are required to complete the Midland ISD RFP Pricing Sheet for the services they are proposing. Vendors should complete all forms attached to the RFP with their bid.
