Can you validate the address 2138 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, 88061 & 422 HW 180 E., Silver City, 88061. I do not show any current charter school locations at these address. I only show one location at 1422 US-180, Silver City, NM 88061. Please advise. Thank you

Answer:
The address 2138 HW 180 E. is a new location that we will be moving the middle school to. The other address should be listed as 1422 HW 180 E., Silver City, NM 88061.  The “1” was dropped in front of the "422."

DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR: Service providers are required to bid an entire Project. Bids for individual components of a single project will be disqualified. Does this imply that a bidder must bid on both Category 1 and 2 or just the individual components for each category, i.e. all of 1?

Answer:
That disqualification factor only applies to C2 – vendors are required to bid the entire C2 project, not just individual components.

1.What is your motivation for including caching on your form 470? 2.What are the key elements of your web traffic that you would like to cache? 3.What is the size of your core internet connection in Mbps? 4.How much bandwidth is used at peak times in Mbps? 5.How many devices connect to the internet concurrently at peal times? 6.By how much do you expect/plan to increase your bandwidth capacity & device count in the next 3 years?

Answer:
1.What is your motivation for including caching on your form 470?

If we have available funds, it seems that having a cache server would increase efficiency and reduce bandwidth.  I would like our school to consider equipment necessary to cache.

2.What are the key elements of your web traffic that you would like to cache?

Internet searches and commonly visited sites.

3.What is the size of your core internet connection in Mbps?

Our max upload is 20Mbps and download is 100Mbps according to Comcast.

4.How much bandwidth is used at peak times in Mbps?

Unsure at this time.

5.How many devices connect to the internet concurrently at peal times?

I assume that this is peak time?  I’m guessing 80 devices (30 wired and 50 wireless).

6.By how much do you expect/plan to increase your bandwidth capacity & device count in the next 3 years?

Device count increase, best guess – 60 devices (probably an increase of 120 devices at peak time).
