We are not considering a new solution.  We are simply adding to what we already have which is Aerohive.

Are all 26 Cellular lines voice-only?

Answer:

We have 26 mobile phones total. Only 4 have data – if you are quoting data plans you need to provide a price for those plans so they can be backed out of our E-rate application.
