Questions Received with Applicant Answers   ( Ask Questions? )

Please add more detail to the following: *"onsite technical support" Other than installation, what support will be required? *"basic head end firewall services" Does this mean content filtering or additional features? What firewall will be in place? are you looking for a "cloud" firewall?

Answer:
We’re looking for on-site technical support from the ISP in the event of service outages. We understand that some technical support can be provided remotely, but we are a small school understaffed in our IT needs. We also want basic head-end firewall protection from our ISP. We will need content filtering, however, that should be priced out separatley from the Internet access.
