Answer:
Question: 1. Do Projects A, B and C require installation? Or are these equipment supply only bids?

The projects do not require installation but installation bids would be considered.

2. Would you be willing to accept company recertified or manufacturer refurbished products for these bids? Or are these new product only bids?

Recertified and Refurbished products would be considered.

Project A 1. What model number do you prefer fro the Cisco Aironet access point?

We currently have Air-Lap1142N-A-K9 access points and they work great so those or better.

2. What model number do you prefer for the Cisco wireless controller?

Our wireless controller just needs to be able to host the minimum number of access points we requested. We do not have exact model numbers.

Project B 1. What model number do you prefer for the 24 port PoE Gigabyte switch? 2. What model number do you prefer for the 24 port Gigabyte switch? 3. What model number do you prefer for the 48 port PoE Gigabyte switch? 4. What model number do you prefer for the 48 port Gigabyte switch? Project C What model number do you prefer for the APC UPS device?

All of project B and C just needs to be Brand specific (functional equivalents will be accepted). Model specifics are not a concern.

Is the hardware to be installed or only delivered?

Answer:
If these are companies that can do both install and just delivery we would prefer bids for both options.

Wondering if customer has any other brand preferences besides Cisco...

Answer:
I do not believe we have any other preferences.
