Without a detailed scope of work discussion, it is difficult to accurately estimate the time required to set-up the Sonicwalls. Is it acceptable to give an hourly rate?

Answer:
The setup support will be of 3 firewalls with identical setups to include the following:

Content filtering for a school environment

Multiple access levels using Active Directory (4 levels of access currently through our network)

Antivirus

Plus any additional modules we will purchase.  We currently have licensing for most all modules.

Currently, we have 3 NSA 3500, which will no longer be supported after 2015, that are installed and operating.  We just need setup support to get the new firewalls up and operating in a school environment.  Our current setup does not include the ability to give more than one level of access, which limits our teacher's access to learning content available online.
