If Drop-Ship only, what type of manufacturer support is needed, 8x5xNBD, hardware only (RMA), Onsite or other?

Answer:
 1. The District requests a quote for 72 SFPs. What are the quantities for multimode fiber and singlemode fiber? We would need (36) 3ft LC-LC multi-mode fiber

2. Does the District request a quote for drop-ship hardware only, or reseller-branded installation and support? Drop Ship

3. If Drop-Ship only, what type of manufacturer support is needed, 8x5xNBD, hardware only (RMA), Onsite or other? 8x5xNBD would be fine – it is our understanding that Smartnet is partially eligible. Bids for Smartnet type maintenance will be accepted.
