Questions Received with Applicant Answers   ( Ask Questions? )

In regards to the request for Internet Access... 1 - Is this for existing services or is the ISD seeking new bids? 2 - How much bandwidth would the ISD like to see on the bid - only 100Mb? 3 - Is this internet access from service provider to the termination point? Or is this a point-to-point connection?

Answer:
1- Is this for existing services or is the ISD seeking new bids?   Please provide your most cost effective bids.

2 - How much bandwidth would the ISD like to see on the bid - only 100Mb?  We expect to need 100 Mb for next year. We would love to get scalable quotes and contracts from service providers at 150, 200 and 250 Mb. Ideally we would have a multi-year contract that lists those bandwidth levels and price points so we can upgrade our service under that contract.

3 - Is this internet access from service provider to the termination point? Or is this a point-to-point connection?  This service would be from service provider to termination point only.

Will the district accept Hosted VoIP proposals

Answer:
VoIP service is not requested on this IFCB.
