Questions Received with Applicant Answers   ( Ask Questions? )

11/11 is Veterans Day. Will the school be open that day? Do we need to RSVP for the day we will be attending the site survey?

Answer:

Yes we will be in session for Veterans Day. We will be having an assembly to celebrate our local veterans Monday. You can email zstephens@leadhillschools.net to let us know what time you plan on being here.

1. What kind of ceiling  2. Furthest estimated footage of longest run 3. Number of rack locations for requested cabling 4. Plenum or non plenum cable 5. Color specific cable 6. Is cabling requested for access points on data drops in classrooms

Answer:

It is all drop ceiling. Over 250 foot is the furthest estimated longest run. Just 1 single rack location. The cables will need to be patched into a patch panel. Non plenum cable. Blue color cable. No access points will replace existing AP that are going end of life. No cabling required for those.

Are the 35 drops in the elementary for existing access points? Or are some of those wall drops?

Answer:

All of them are wall drops. There are no AP drops.
