All contracts awarded under this IFCB bidding process may be voluntarily renewed by the applicant, upon written notice to the provider, for five consecutive one year terms. Please include this language in your final contract.

All applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes must be identified on the bid or your bid will be disqualified. E-rate rules require the applicants to evaluate the price of eligible goods and services that will be listed on the 471 application during the competitive bidding process. If the applicant discovers that fees, taxes or surcharges apply but are not listed on the bid (after the time of bid awards) those charges will be the responsibility of the bidding company.

Aerohive was purchased by Extreme Networks recently and announced that almost all current Aerohive models are being listed as end of sale by March 31, 2020. The only model that is not is the AP650. Also the only flavor of Hive manager that will exist after 3/31/2019 is the Hive Manager part AH-NGCS-SL-XX. It will also be renamed as Extreme Cloud IQ. Are you aware of these changes? What models of AP and length of Hive Manger (or Extreme Cloud IQ) 1,3, or 5 Yr., do you want us to quote? Thanks

Answer:
Yes, I am aware that Aerohive has been acquired by Extreme Networks recently and that Hivemanager has been rebranded as Extreme Cloud IQ.  It is my understanding that current Aerohive products that will be announced end-of-sale on March 31st, 2020 will still be supported until the year 2025.

Please provide me with a quote for the requested Aerohive Access Point part numbers and necessary licensing for both 3 and 5 year terms for comparison.
