Fees and surcharges that apply but are not listed on the bid will be the responsibility of the bidding company, should their bid be awarded.

Is the bid request for ONLY service/maintenance of these devices or the actual hardware + monthly service of the devices?

Answer:

Only service/maintenance.

Is there a desired start date for support?
