Internet Access – Minimum 10Gb bandwidth, maximum 10Gb bandwidth. Please provide bids for one-year terms, and please include service level agreements with your bid. E-rate rules require applicants to evaluate the cost of eligible goods and services, and to cost-allocate out the amount for ineligible services from their funding request. If your company will be bidding internet access service, please identify the amount to be cost-allocated out for the ineligible services – email service, web hosting, content filtering, or other bundled ineligible services.
NOTE: Applicant will accept any technologies bid. It is our intention to meet all OUSF Fair and Open Competitive Bidding requirements. If you are a NECA/tariffed company, bids for your tariffed rates are allowed. If any of the specified bandwidth speeds are not a tariffed/NECA rate, please bid the closest rate you have available, within the limits of the bandwidth range specified on the 470.
NOTE: Per USAC’s current guidance about applying for Internet access this applicant is checking the Leased Lit Fiber, Internet Access: ISP Service only and Internet Access and Transport Bundled.
DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR INTERNET: Bidders who are not eligible to provide OUSF support will be disqualified. By placing a bid for these services the bidder agrees to file the completed OUSF affidavit within 90 days of the start of service (applicant agrees to complete their portion in a timely fashion after the request for completion by the winning bidder).
INTERNET ACCESS DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR: Any and all installation charges must be identified on your bid. If you submit a bid indicating that installation charges may apply without listing those charges, we will consider your bid incomplete and disqualify your bid.

INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: There is another document associated with this IFCB available for download that details the equipment the applicant wishes to purchase. The document lists equipment that the applicant prefers – they will also accept functional equivalents of said items.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
Vendors wishing to submit bids for category two projects must attend one of two mandatory site visits. The first site visit will be held on January 9th, beginning at 9am. The second visit will be held on January 17th, at 9am. Vendors will meet at Hodson Elementary located at 14500 E. 86th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055. Bids from vendors who did not attend either of the site visits will be disqualified.
PROJECT NARRATIVE
We plan to add the same wireless solution to our High School VoAG building that is already installed and implemented at all other school sites at Owasso. Installation, configuration, and activation for all switches, copper and fiber cabling, battery backups (UPSs), switch racks, and wireless access points.

All access points must be compatible with existing Aerohive WAPs. Please also include the new fiber patch panel for this site. Racks must be able to be locked.

This switch will serve as our “head end” switch at our RAM Academy. Rack must be able to fit all equipment completely into the rack cabinet and be able to close and lock securely.
DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: It will be the bidder’s responsibility to provide documentation about the compatibility requirements listed in this IFCB. Vendors that submit bids without documentation demonstrating the required compatibility listed in this IFCB will have their bids disqualified, unless that vendor has bid the preferred make/model number listed.
DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: Vendors must complete and include the C2 Cover Page with their bid. Bids received without the cover page will be disqualified.
DISQUALIFICATION FACTOR INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: Applicant will not accept bids for refurbished equipment. Any bids containing refurbished equipment will be disqualified.
