Do you need to extend Layer 2 functionality between locations or a simple IP routed network will work?

Answer:
A simple IP routed network will work.

Hello Do we have to bid all services to "win" this opportunity? Just wanted to get clarification. Thanks

Answer:
If you’re bidding the three 1 Gb leased lit WAN connections we do want you to bid all of them. Otherwise you can bid individual projects.

1)What type of cellular phone service is required, basic cellular phone service or smart phone service? 2)What device requirements do you have, for instance physical size, memory size? 3)How many minutes per line are being requested? 4)What features, if any are required? 5)How will the phones be used, what is primary purpose?

Answer:
1.)  We are looking for one line with basic service, and two lines with smartphone service.  2.)  We currently have have 2 Samsung Galaxy phones and 1 very old flip phone.  3.) Unlimited minutes for each line.  4.)  Unlimited data and text on both smartphones.  5.)  The primary purpose of the phones is employees to communicate with other district employees for work purposes.

1. I'm assuming 939 Tiger Lane to be the hub, please correct me if I'm wrong. Per my research, that address includes your Intermediate School, Junior High, and Admin Building. - If 939 is indeed the hub, please provide manufacturer information and model number of the switch at the site? i.e.; Cisco or HP Also, the number and capacity of SFP ports available at the hub i.e.; 1 (one) 1.0 Gbps 2. For the 2 remote sites (assumed to be Elementary School and High School) Please provide manufacturer information and model numbers of the switches at the sites? i.e.; Cisco or HP Also, the number and capacity of SFP ports available at each remote site? i.e.; 1 (one) 1.0 Gbps Thanks!

Answer:
939 Tiger Ln is our logical hub (this is the location all traffic comes to go outside the district) although the three circuits are to be connected in a loop configuration for resiliency.   There should be a circuit between 939 Tiger Ln and 2372 Championship Dr. a circuit between 2372 Championship Dr.. and 1741 Hwy 90, and a circuit between 1741 Hwy 90 and 939 Tiger Ln.

Each location will have two open SFP ports rated  at 1.0Gbps.

2372 Championship (high school) has a Cisco 4507 (SFP blade)

1741 Hwy 90 (Elementary) has a Cisco 3750g (SFP)

939 Tiger Ln (Admin, Intermediate, and Junior High) has a Cisco 3750g (SFP)

We are currently providing services to these addresses: 939 West 1741 Hwy 90W 1315 Kloecker Please confirm if 939 West is Tiger Lane. Please confirm if 2372 Championship Dr is an additional terminating location Will you still be requiring service at 1315 Kloecker? Leased Lit Fiber service-3x1GB bandwidth The terminating addresses for these circuits are 939 Tiger Lane., Sealy, TX 77474; (979) 885, 1741 Hwy 90W., Sealy, TX 77474 (979) 885, 2372 Championship Dr., Sealy, TX 77474

Answer:
Yes, 939 West is 939 Tiger Lane.  Nothing has changed, we are still in need of the exact same services that you are currently providing.  1315 Kloecker is the same as 2372 Championship Dr. (the 1315 address was the original address before the campus actually opened and the Championship Dr. road was completed).  And continue with Leased Lit Fiber service-3x1GB bandwidth.  And yes terminating addresses for those circuits are 939 Tiger Lane (West), Sealy, TX 77474; 1741 Hwy 90W., Sealy, TX 77474; 2372 Championship Dr. (1315 Kloecker), Sealy, TX 77474.
