Is it required to participate in OUSF to take part in the BID process for Tulsa Legacy Charter School? Is it acceptable to just participate in the Bandwidth portion of the BID for Tulsa Legacy Charter School?

Answer:
Yes, OUSF participation is required by vendors who bid the Internet access services. You cannot bid the bandwidth/Internet services unless your company participates in OUSF.
